Beta terms should be plain enough to read quickly.

This page is the launch-ready operating summary for the founding-member beta. Final legal copy can tighten later, but the user contract should already be understandable.

  • The founding-member beta is an evolving product, and some features may be invite-only or feature-flagged during the beta period.
  • Execution actions remain approval-based. Flair should not send email or mutate calendars without an explicit user action.
  • The beta should not be used as the sole system for legal, medical, tax, or safety-critical decisions.
  • Billing, refunds, and support handling will follow the offer terms visible at checkout once the payment flow is enabled.
